For fans of The Mars Volta, i highly suggest you take a listen to Closure in Moscow. They are a progressive/indie outfit from, yep you guessed it, melbourne! Their follow up album 'First Temple' was released earlier last week and really caught my attention.

In other news, The Static Age, who featured in various props visual dvds are currently recording their new album for release in september this year, cant wait to hear new material, production of their previous albums has been really good.

Paul Banks, lead singer of Interpol, has announced he'll relesae a solo album in August. He's using the moniker Julian Plenti and the album is titled Julian Plenti is... Skyscraper
