It took over 3 weeks to arrive, I thought I was going to get out of it somehow, which would have been pretty hip, but nooooooooo.
The fine was apparently for riding on a part of a park which is not a designated cycle pathway, that leaves a lot of space which is illegal to ride upon. I hope other dudes take note of this and be careful when riding street in the city. Luckily I'm a billionaire (I don't know how) so I can easily pay for the weekly stacks I make.
