I'm 23 years old, i'm from Valbonne, beautiful French Riviera in France and i'm definitely attracted by woman, even tho Micheal is pretty cute.
I believe there is some sort of connection between you and Rich Hirsch from Stranger/Fremont/Lotek/Goods fame. Care to explain?
I'd just like to say that Rich is behind the best ideas in BMX nowadays and that his view on things is so amazing that it's actually mind blowing ahah! Lotek for life homie! That's what I have to say haha He's been sending me shoes for cheap, I just pay the postage and I represent! The connection is a mix between my sister studying abroad and being friend with some of his friends, Slo who use to run the website, me in America, some homie and a high school project ahah it's so long to explain but that's about it!
Your doing a masters in Business at the moment, how do you plan to utilise this facet of your life in the future?
That's a good question, I guess when I will be done I wanna find a job and start my career, but I'd love to use all those degrees to work in the BMX industry! I mean waking up, going to work knowing I'm gonna do something I always loved and making money out of it would be amazing. Working for any brands will be awesome, even if it's not BMX related I would love it. BMX is almost the reason for everything that happened in my life hehe so working in relation with it will be insane. But I know this is a dream and I will not mind working for any firms, I'am a future business man and I gotta do what I gotta do you know! One of my goal is to build a school for Shayne so she can teach the way she wants to kids, and I would love to be able to do that for her, so I'll bust my ass off everyday to make her dream come true!
As of late last year, you are no longer a single man, in fact you are engaged to a lovely young lady. Talking to her about the culture in her birthplace of South Africa has made me scared out of my skin of that place. Elaborate on the scene Shayne was referring to and would you ever visit South Africa?
Yeah I know this is the most exiting thing that ever happened to me! I'am the luckiest man on the this planet! South Africa is just a crazy country, definitely crispy!!! This country has a beautiful cultural history, that has been well kept. Shayne's favourite thing in South Africa is the Game reserves. And from the stories she has told me, I can't wait to experience them! Even though it is a very dangerous country, I still really want to go there! As long as you are with someone who knows what to do and what not to do, you should be ok. Although the bad things can happen to anyone at anytime, you just have to be aware.
Is it true that your accent is a lady magnet?
hahaha I really don't think so, my accent suck, people can barely understand me sometimes. I'm pretty sure Shayne didn't fall for my accent hehe.
Apart from BMX and your fiancee, what gets Frenchie stoked on being pumped in your life?
hehe well apart from spending time with my fiancé and riding my bike, I love filming , I always loved being behind the lens and filming, who knows maybe one day i'll get a camera and make a DVD haha crispay! I love arts and going to modern art galleries or museums, I got this thing for history from my dad. I love spending time with my friends, having fun, shit talking and having a good time. I love just being with my french homies back home, doing nothing just chilling and talking. I guess I'm easy going and I love being outside, I having a blast doing anything outside, it can be playing soccer, at the beach, skiing or just chilling.
