Virginia Venit

Adrian Duffy was nice enough to forward me a bunch of photos which have either recently been published or won't be used. I find it interesting to hear about the process of getting shots done, you know, the exploring, the mates you found it with, security issues, bonedeth before pulling the shot etc.

I will post some shots up in 3 sections. Let the elaboration begin;



Samson Ross: The little fella pulled this baby first go, hot hot hot. This was from one of the last days on the Canberra trip which Miner and Bahr took us to, turned out to be a dope area. Also, straight after the stair set is an almost bar height brick wall, which Sam came oh so close to hopping over, would have made the clip true badass.



For me, pulling this basically signalled the end of the trip. This was from the same day as the photo above, once again, a spot which Miner showed us to, thanks mate. Both Sam and I got dealt punishing blows from this rail just trying to dub straight. Once the other dudes turned up I thought, fuck it ill just let ice fly, luckily second go I got it stuck clean. Almost straight afterwards, a bloke came out of a nearby building and told us that we were done! Good end.
Later that night, Miner and Fordyce met up with us and we got wild, best day in a long time.



Mat Lawton: Ahh Duffy and his hair, he is like a goddess with those wispy locks flowing in the breeze, can he get any sexier. This tasty little treat delivered by the boss himself was a killer clip. The wall is actually pretty decent in height, the angle just minimizes it a little. Not much else to say about this shot except... hollatchuboyeeeeeee
